Actually I tried one way of remembering mobile numbers, that's I simply dial the numbers in my dummy phone set or even in remote. I just take 2 numbers every day. The best thing in exercise is, not only it improves your brain but also your body. Exercise stimulates the blood flow in series pattern to brain.
